Overview of the Visit Britain Quality Standard for Serviced Apartments
Over the last few years ASAP has worked very closely with VisitBritain,the national tourist board, to develop the worlds' first star rating system specifically for serviced apartments, which was launched in 2007. Many of our members now have a star rating (see individual member entries) which will further enhance their position as quality providers of accommodation in the sector. They find the assessment process where an experienced assessor gives a detailed independent assessment of their business extremely valuable. They can then use the official star rating in all their marketing.
