Apartments leading the way for accommodation in booking.com Traveller Review Awards 2025

Apartments continue to be the most-awarded accommodation type for the eighth consecutive year of ASAP Agent Member Booking.com’s Traveller Review Awards, with holiday homes second, outperforming hotels for a third year running.

Awards for holiday rentals and other unique properties increased by 17%, reflecting travellers’ enthusiasm for a variety of stays that offer alternative hospitality and memorable experiences.

Since 2010, Booking.com has facilitated over 4.5 billion guest arrivals, of which over 1 billion have been in non-hotel properties.
