The ASAP Innovation Group

The ASAP Innovation Group has been established to bring together some of the brightest emerging leaders from across the professional serviced accommodation sector, creating a forum where fresh thinking, collaboration and practical experience can help shape the industry's future.

Its purpose is simple but ambitious: to develop the next generation of industry leaders while generating innovative ideas that strengthen the sector, tackle shared challenges and help ensure professionally managed serviced accommodation continues to evolve in step with changing business, guest and regulatory expectations.

At its first in-person meeting, members explored a wide range of topics, from operations, sales and technology to guest experience, sustainability and long-term business growth. More importantly, they demonstrated the curiosity, expertise and collaborative mindset needed to help drive the sector forward.



As the industry continues to navigate a rapidly changing landscape, the Innovation Group represents far more than a leadership development initiative. It is a visible demonstration that our sector is investing in its future, nurturing talented professionals who will become tomorrow's business leaders and industry advocates.
