Bob W Expands Munich Footprint Ahead of Expo Real 2025

Tech-powered hospitality operator Bob W has signed a long-term lease for a serviced apartment building in Munich’s Arnulfpark, the brand’s fifth property in the Bavarian capital, to open later this winter as Bob W Munich City West.

This milestone comes just ahead of Expo Real 2025, taking place in Munich between 6th to 8th October.

Arnulfpark has emerged as one of the city’s most vibrant districts, housing the German HQ of global firms including Google, Apple and Salesforce. Germany remains a key growth market, with a signed pipeline across cities including Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Cologne, and Dortmund.
