Residential hospitality =offering long-term stays with luxury hotel-like amenities= is fast emerging as the new sought-after segment in Dubai’s real estate market as many turn to hotel and serviced apartments.

It follows an influx of new expats moving to the emirate in a time of soaring rental prices, with digital nomads also looking for long-term stays that offer flexibility, personalisation and luxury amenities.
