In Dubai, co-living tenants are now getting that ‘minimum’ space

Residents in Dubai opting for co-living rental options are now finding landlords are giving them Dubai Municipality’s ‘minimum space’ of 5 square metres of space to each tenant.

Landlords are also required to obtain planning permission for any internal partitions or modifications.
