Lamington’s Cambridge Apartment Hotels secures 250-year lease for Shire Hall

Cambridge Apartment Hotels, a subsidiary of ASAP Operator Member Lamington Group, has exchanged contracts with Cambridgeshire County Council on a 250-year lease for Shire Hall and its associated buildings, with completion of the hotel development expected within 18 months.

The lease includes Shire Hall, the adjoining Octagon building, a former registry office and the Old Police Station.
