Landlord confidence slides as Renters’ Rights Act nears

According to a survey by ASAP Supplier Member Savills , the new Renters’ Rights Act is prompting many rental market landlords to reassess their outlook as regulatory pressure builds.

A shift in sentiment has narrowed the divide between landlords and tenants on pricing expectations, with renters and landlords both expecting rents to fall.
