Frequently Asked Questions
How do I update my ASAP Directory listing?
You’ll receive your login details by email when your listing is created. Once logged in, you can update your profile at any time — including adding new images, refreshing your description, updating contact details or showcasing recent achievements. If you ever misplace your login, just let us know and we can resend it to you. The only thing you won't be able to update is the Company Name and the Company logo. For any name changes or logo changes, please email admin@theasap.org.uk for assistance.
How do I share news or updates?
If you have company news, announcements, awards or thought‑leadership content to share, simply send it to our Communications Director, Becky Hoyle. We’ll review it and feature it across our channels where appropriate, helping you reach the wider ASAP community.
Remember to tag @ASAP into your posts on LinkedIn to help amplify its reach to our 5000+ followers.
Can I promote my membership?
Absolutely. We encourage all members to use the ASAP logo on their website, email signatures, proposals and marketing materials. It’s a great way to demonstrate your commitment to quality and professionalism within the sector.
How do I connect with other members?
There are several ways to get involved: join our Member Engagement Group, or one of our other Focus Groups, browse and reach out through the Member Directory, attend our networking events, and connect with us, and each other, on LinkedIn. The more you engage, the more value you’ll get from your membership.
