NUMA Group expands in UK with first property in Brighton

ASAP Operator Member NUMA Group , , which last year acquired UK aparthotel and serviced apartments brand Native Places, is expanding its UK portfolio with its first property in Brighton – the former MyBrighton Hotel in Jubilee Street.

The property will reopen later this summer offering a total of 84 apartments with 172 beds after refurbishment.

The Brighton opening is part of NUMA’s wider expansion plans in the UK, targeting cities such as London, Manchester, Bristol, Belfast, Edinburgh and Glasgow .

The brand now has a footprint in 36 cities across 15 European countries.
