PE firm eyes Hotel du Vin and Malmaison deal

Private equity firm Terra Firma Capital Partners is considering a bid for Hotel Du Vin and Malmaison, which would add to a list of British assets acquired by the firm in recent times.

Malmaison and Hotel du Vin trade from 37 hotels in 27 UK cities, owned by ASAP Operator Member Frasers Hospitality Group  which paid more than £360m to acquire the group in 2015.
