Staycity Group expands into Poland with first aparthotel in Warsaw

The upcoming Staycity Aparthotel Warsaw will be a conversion of a former office building, originally constructed in 2005 and located near the city’s central business district.

Once completed, it will offer 268 self-catering units, including studios and one-bedroom apartments, bar, gym, co-working area, café, and a restaurant serving light meals.

The development marks a new stage for ASAP Operator Member Staycity ’s international growth, in collaboration with investor Solida Capital.
