Unite pulls plug on 20-storey student resi scheme after deciding project is unviable
Student homes developer Unite has pulled the plug on a 20-storey, 605-bedroom student accommodation scheme in Paddington after deciding the project was financially unviable.
The decision means the developer will have to write off £10m in costs sunk after three years of planning delays and being twice refused planning by Westminster council.
