Adagio unveils strategic plan to become ‘reference benchmark’ for aparthotels

Adagio has unveiled its strategic plan and development objectives for 2030, ‘First’, with the aim of becoming the “reference benchmark” for aparthotels in Europe.

Through First, it aims to open 50 new properties in the next five years, reaching a total of over 180 aparthotels in 25 countries, up from 16 currently.  The development will focus on key markets of France, UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, while expanding into Eastern and Southern Europe.

The First strategic plan is based on enhancing its offer for urban travellers, combining hotel and apartment features.

The strategic plan is also accompanied by an ambitious renovation programme, aiming to refurbish 75% of the Adagio network by 2030.
