Bob W to launch flagship aparthotel in former Copenhagen police station

T ech-powered hospitality operator BobW has signed a long-term lease for a 7,500 sq m former police station in Copenhagen’s Meatpacking District, in partnership with Nordic real estate investor  Slättö .

The heritage building will be converted into a 169-unit flagship Bob W property, set to open in October 2027, offering a mix of a restaurant, social and co-working lounges, furnished studios and one-bedroom serviced apartments with full kitchens, smart room controls and Bob W’s seamless digital guest journey.

The Copenhagen Vesterbro property adds to Bob W’s growing presence in the city where 165 units are already operating, bringing the company’s pan-European portfolio to over 5,000 units.
