Europe’s most expensive city for renters named
Deloitte’s annual Property Index compares major cities across Europe to see where people are getting a good deal when it comes to housing, and where people are definitely not, comparing much it costs to buy a home relative to income and the average rental costs per square metre.
Amsterdam sees house prices generally fifteen times the average income, whereas Turin, Odense and Manchester are named the three most affordable housing markets in the continent.
