Operators report around 70 percent of guest messages handled automatically, freeing staff for the conversations that need a person. A browser-based guest app handles self check-in, key delivery, in-stay requests and room controls with nothing for the guest to download, and 95 percent of check-ins are completed contact-free. Upsells such as early check-in, late checkout and extended stays are offered at the right moment and paid for in the app.
On the operations side, Guestway covers a conflict-free calendar across every property and channel, cleaning management with photo verification, smart access through providers including Salto and Nuki with timestamped audit logs, climate control that cuts utility costs, and a review centre with AI-drafted responses and sentiment analysis.
Guestway connects to multiple PMS systems including Mews, Apaleo, Hostaway, Smoobu, Guesty, Hostfully and Oracle OPERA Cloud, so it can be added to an existing stack without a migration.
