Destiny Scotland to turn ‘derelict’ Princes Street townhouses into serviced apartments

Serviced apartments developer and ASAP Operator Member Destiny Scotland has appointed conservation specialists to convert B-listed buildings located within Edinburgh’s UNESCO World Heritage Site, which are currently in a semi-derelict state internally.

The properties previously received permission for conversion into 30 serviced apartments, and the newly-submitted proposals will modify the proposals to the roof level, as well as retaining the first-floor commercial space as an office.

Destiny Scotland currently manages 15 properties across Edinburgh, this will be its flagship.
